By the Daily Enigma Fear A Double Edged Emotion

Fear the cause for the downfall of every Civilization whichever reached zenith. Man's greatest fear has been fear itself but is fear really that dangerous or a ghost which just haunts the weak hearted.

It was the fear of dark which gave birth to demons. The fear of Fire which created the whips of Hell but most of the all the fear of power which created Men of Power which were the cause of downfall humanity's greatest achievement. It was the fear of  sinking which caused the Atlantians to become part of myths, the fear of Helen's betrayal which caused the fall of Troy.

Fear  can defined as an excitation of the brain's chemicals in all the wrong manners, We have evolved due to our strong Observational Skills. Our ancestors learned pretty quickly how to survive and this in turn led to the advent of fear in Lives. Human Brains activate Fear mode only when they perceive a threat to their survival.

Fear is indeed a ghost emotion because it is activated when one's  survival instincts kicks in.  Fear can turn mountains into dust but that fear if used with the right direction can become the very reason for one's Survival. Once tamed your fears can be converted into Resilience.
So the next time your fears try to take control Just have the Resilience to fight them Back.

TheDailyTechster: Business Processes as a Service

Salesforce shocked the entire ERP Business Community when it introduced for the first time sales Management software as a service and introduced an entirely new Business Field (BPaaS).

What are the cores Business Processes for any Organization?

There are certain processes which ensure smooth running of businesses. These comprises of Strategic departments which are responsible for the Business to operate.
  1. Sales & Marketing
  2. Accounting & Technology
  3. Quality & Product/Service Delivery
  4. Management, HR & Finance
  5. Product Development.
These were further divided into ten Major Services which these functions perform for smooth and efficient operation of Businesses.
  1. Customer Strategy & Relationships (Marketing)
  2. Employee Development & Satisfaction
  3. Quality, Process Improvement & Change Management
  4. Financial Analysis, Reporting, & Capital Management
  5. Management Responsibility
  6. Customer Acquisition (Sales)
  7. Product Development
  8. Product/Service Delivery
  9. Accounting Management
  10. Technology Management.

What are the Core Functions of BPaaS?

It is a relatively new hybrid field of a combination of Business Process Management and Cloud Computing. However there are 3 major fields of Businesses processes as a Service BPaaS.

The following characteristics define BPaaS:

  • The underlying cloud services to support this type of elasticity and scaling.
  • The BPaaS is the core Ethos of 3 core Functions: SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
  • Business Process as a Service is customer-oriented.
  • BPaaS assist in Defining Application Program Interfaces.
  • They support multiple platforms and are equipped with Multiple Languages.
  • BPaaS are strategically better for Small to Medium Businesses as they accommodate to organizational Growth and are easy to Expand as compared to Huge ERP Software Systems such as Oracle and SAP which are bulky and take months for installation and training. BPaaS Providers such as Sales force are agile and require just few days of basic training to understand and operate without the need of Employee any extra Human resource.
    Software as a Service (SaaS):
A Web based Cloud Based Business Model which has revolutionized entire businesses. In the software on demand model, the provider gives customers network-based access to a single copy of an application created specifically for SaaS distribution.
Benefits of the SaaS model include:
  1. Easier Administration
  2. Automatic updates and Patch management
  3. Compatibility: All users will have the same version of software.
  4. Easier Collaboration, for the same reason
  5. Global Accessibility.

Platform as a Service (PaaS):

Platform as a service (PaaS) could be a cloud computing model that delivers applications over the web. In a very PaaS model, a cloud supplier delivers hardware and software system tools -- sometimes those required for application development -- to its users as a service. A PaaS supplier hosts the hardware and platform on its own organization. As a result, PaaS frees users from having to put in in-house hardware and package to develop or run a brand new application.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS):

In an IaaS model, a third-party provider hosts hardware, software, servers, storage and other infrastructure components on behalf of its users. IaaS providers also host users' applications and handle tasks including system maintenance, backup and resiliency planning.

Bullies and a History of Complexes and Abuse

Today's article is based on something which has been faced by children, teens and even adults. The Creature called BULLYWe all have been through such people our entire lives. they started with the toy snatchers when we were in our cradles, then the school playground mean kids who used to love torturing and tormenting us, In High Schools it were those kids who loved giving us names and making sure that it became a norm to be called by those abhorring names. Our offices too are filled with such toxic and negative people who cherish being jerks.
Who made them So Anti-Social and In-human?

These are the daily chants of nearly all of us but have we ever humanized these boogeymen of our Lives? Have we ever once thought what makes them so distasteful and hateful towards others? What projects their aggression?
Well, these are the questions which I started asking myself in early school years. I was always the kid who was standing between these wannabee Bullies and the Bullied. in that experience of mine I learned something very critical. These Bullies were in reality weak kids who were suffering from behavioral issues. These were people like us who had been suffering from people who were stronger than them making them believe it was how the world worked the strong administered their will on the weak and the rich had been scoffing at the poor.
The video below addresses to different reasons which revolve around Bullying.

It is time to really go Beyond PERCEPTIONS and try to Sympathize with these People and Find the Soft and Good Soul inside them.
